Q&A

Q: How long will it take to tidy my home?

The time it takes depends on a variety of factors: the size of your home, the volume of your belongings, the speed at which we work, and your availability for sessions.

Q: I’m immunocompromised/live with an immunocompromised person. What health precautions do you take?

I am happy to accommodate your health and safety needs; please let me know ahead of time. I can wear a KN95 mask and use hand sanitizer. I have received all recommended vaccines per the CDC and receive annual COVID-19 and flu vaccines. If you, someone in your household, or I are sick, I’ll ask to reschedule the session.

I also offer virtual sessions! This can be a great way to get the KonMari experience without my physical presence in your home.

Q: Are there any types of homes you won’t work in?

As a professional organizer, there are many types of home I have and will work in. But I’m only human, and I do have my boundaries!

If you have hoarding disorder or hoarding behaviors, I’m likely not the best fit for you. I’m happy to recommend organizers who work with or specialize in working with those with hoarding disorders or hoarding behaviors.

I will not work in homes with weapons, including but not limited to guns, swords, and electro shock weapons (e.g. Tasers), unless those items are removed from the property ahead of time.

Thank you for understanding!
